For our tenth birthday, we treated ourselves to something that will bring us joy for a long time to come. 
We’ve added some new equipment to our bottling plant—a semi-automatic KEG washer and filler, and a new bottle filler.
Until recently, we were mostly bottling by hand. Now we have some extra help—they don’t even need a break for a beer. 
The new bottling machine can handle up to 180 bottles per hour, and the second new machine handles the washing, sanitizing, and filling of kegs.
